Does it cost anything to make an appointment with Garden Solutions?
Remember that our consultation service is completely FREE. We are more than happy to discuss the project you have in mind and also offer a FREE no obligation estimate.

What happens after first phone call?
After the first phone call we will normally arrange an appointment to see visit and look at the project that you have in mind. During our appointment we will discuss exactly what you are looking to do with your outdoor space, take measurements and offer our expert advice so we can then accurately provide an estimate with no hidden surprises.

When will we receive an estimate?
An estimate will take no more than seven days and a second appointment will be made to discuss the estimate in full.

Do you offer plans?
We offer basic plans with our estimates which are completely FREE. However if you would like a 3D visual drawing to understand the scope of the project in more details this can be offered at a competitive rate.

Can I help with the design process?
We are happy to work with our customers on the design process and discuss any ideas that you may have, especially when it comes to choosing materials, plants and lighting.

Can I see what work you have done?
If you would like to see work that we have done we have a full portfolio with testimonials. If you would like to see examples of our work please visit the services section in this website.

Do you offer plans drawings?
Yes and 3D visuals if you would like to see them.

Can I help choose the materials?
Yes, we would hope that you will be actively involved in the choices at all stages of your project.
